Private practice is not easy.
You perform numerous roles.
Litigator. CEO. CFO. Budget Officer. Administrative Officer. Head collecting agent.
Private practice is hard when the only money left in your bank account is the minimum balance and you still have to pay your employees.
Private practice is hard when you are on your own and there are numerous deadlines but your brain is one pile of mush.
Private practice is hard when you are exhausted from all the consultation and continuous hearings.
Private practice is hard.
And I have thought of leaving it.
But not today.
